Setup and monthly costs are separate. Final pricing depends on integrations, workflow complexity and support requirements. The current demos are standalone prototypes with simulated automations, rather than production subscriptions available for instant purchase.

General automation support is typically £49–£149 per month. We'll agree what's covered, including maintenance, monitoring and support, in your proposal. Any Flow-specific monthly plan will be set out there too.

Can you work with our existing website and tools?
Often, yes. We start by checking compatibility. For example, enquiry automation may connect to an existing form through a supported integration, webhook or API. We confirm the approach before quoting.
Is the Automation Review really free?
Yes. It's a free 20-minute conversation about your current admin and where a practical improvement could help. Any proposed paid work is quoted separately.
Are the demos connected to one another?
The five demos are currently separate prototypes. A connected workflow would be scoped and built for your business, with the necessary data storage, permissions and real sending services.
How do setup fees and monthly charges work?
The setup fee covers the agreed implementation. Monthly charges cover the services specified in your proposal. We'll confirm any minimum term, third-party charges and support arrangements in writing before work starts.
